Error Message when trying to "Export to PDF"

I am continuously getting an error message when I Export to PDF. Here is the message:
[500] ERROR Something very wrong happened. We have been notified and will look into it as soon as possible.

I need this feature to save the pagination/flatplans that I have created.

Please let me know what is going on.
